Geraint Williams

Training and qualifications

Geraint Williams qualified as a general dentist from the University of Sheffield in 2002. After graduating, he worked in a number of jobs in general practice, dental public health and hospitals across Sheffield, Manchester and Liverpool. Geraint spent time travelling across South East Asia before making the move to Australia where he undertook his orthodontic training at the University of Melbourne, where he won the Australian Society of Orthodontics Best Case Presentation award and graduated with a DCD in 2012.

Treatments offered

After qualifying as an orthodontist in Australia, Geraint returned to the UK and joined Total Orthodontics in Crewe. He has since been working between both Stockport and Crewe, creating thousands of confident smiles. Geraint offers a variety of teeth straightening solutions, including fixed braces and aligners. He carefully assesses each patient's suitability and works with them to choose the best options for their unique needs.

Dr. Sara Atia

A dedicated orthodontic specialist, Sara offers primary and secondary care (referrals), and provides NHS and private treatment. She’s a fully certified provider of Invisalign aligners and has a particular interest in cosmetic orthodontics.

Sara qualified as a dentist from Guy's, King's and St Thomas' Dental Institute in 2008, before undertaking a range of hospital and practice posts. In 2011, she gained membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, and in 2016, she was added to the General Dental Council’s specialist list, after undertaking specialist orthodontic training with the University Dental Hospital of Manchester. Sara then completed two further years of senior registrar training to achieve consultant status.

>Sara is an appointed examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons of England and a clinical lead for the orthodontic and maxillofacial surgery services of Stepping Hill Hospital. Alongside her clinical commitments, Sara has a keen interest in teaching and has published numerous articles. Her commitment to teaching has resulted in invitations from The British Orthodontic Society to speak at the annual British Orthodontic Conference. Currently, Sara is working as part of a team to undertake a national multicentre clinical trial that has been funded and approved by the British Orthodontic Society.

Georgina Brookshaw (O’Brien)

Georgina is a qualified dentist with many years’ experience in general dental practice. She works under the supervision and prescription of an orthodontist.
Georgina joined our practice in 2008 and has been a part-time orthodontic assistant at our practice since 2009. This means she provides orthodontics under the supervision of one of our specialist orthodontists.

Georgina completed her dental surgery degree in 2000 from the University of Sheffield. Her years of experience in general practice includes work in South Africa and in a practice focusing on treating anxious patients. Georgina has attended many orthodontic postgraduate courses.

Dr Guillermo ‘Will’ Castro-Mota

Dr Guillermo Castro-Mota, known to his patients as Will, is an experienced general dentist with over 15 years in practice. He joined Bupa Dental Care in 2017 at the Alderley Edge practice, where he has built strong relationships with his patients through a calm, thorough, and caring approach. In September 2025, he joined Total Orthodontics Crewe, where he will continue to deliver high-quality dental care.

Will enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with a particular passion for aesthetic and cosmetic treatments. He has completed numerous advanced courses in composite and ceramic restorations to help his patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles. He is also an Invisalign provider and holds a certificate in facial aesthetics.

Outside of dentistry, Will enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two young children, travelling and staying active through sports.

Nicola Dandy

Nik joined our team in 1997. She works under the supervision and prescription of an orthodontist.

Nik qualified as a dental nurse in 1996 before joining the practice in 1997. She then gained a postgraduate dental radiography qualification in 1999 and an orthodontic nursing qualification in 2003. In 2008, Nicola gained a place at the University of Leeds to train as an orthodontic therapist and qualified from the Royal College of Surgeons in 2009.

Camilla Woof

Camilla Woof is an experienced dentist with a strong clinical background across the UK and Australia. She graduated from the University of Bristol and holds the MJDF from the Royal College of Surgeons of England.

Camilla has worked across hospital, NHS, and private settings, providing comprehensive care from routine dentistry to more complex restorative treatments. She has also held senior roles within busy clinics, supporting and mentoring colleagues while helping to deliver high standards of patient care.

Known for her approachable and down-to-earth manner, Camilla is committed to creating a calm, positive experience for her patients and building lasting relationships based on trust. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys travel, sport, and maintaining a good work–life balance.

Rebecca Peak

Rebecca qualified as an orthodontic therapist in 2020 and joined our team in 2021. She says the best thing about her job is the happiness of her patients when they finish their treatment.

Irene Richards

Irene Richards joined Total Orthodontics Crewe in 2005 and earned her National Certificate from NEBDN in 2010, gaining her nursing qualification in the same year she joined the team. With 20 years of experience as a dental nurse, she is dedicated to providing excellent patient care and support.

Victoria Lally joined us as a dental nurse in 2009 and completed a radiography course in 2012. Vicki became treatment coordinator in 2023, where she continues to provide exceptional support and care for our patients throughout their treatment journey.

Fiona Darabi

Fiona Darabi qualified as a dental nurse in 2015, and joined the team at Total Orthodontics Crewe the same year. Fiona is trained in radiography and is our RPS (Radiation Protection Supervisor) lead. She also takes care of our social media pages, sharing all the latest news about our practice.

Sarah Dorrean

National Diploma in Dental Nursing NEBDN 2019, Dental Radiography at The University of Salford 2022

Sarah Dorrean joined Total Orthodontics Crewe in 2019 and qualified as a radiographer in 2022. She is about to start her orthodontic nursing course to further expand her skills. In 2025, Sarah stepped into the role of lead dental nurse, where she’s excited to contribute to the team and provide excellent patient care.

Susan Tilley joined the Total Orthodontics Crewe team in 2023, bringing her National Certificate from NEBDSA, which she earned in 1991. Sue is currently training to become a radiographer, and she is dedicated to enhancing her skills and providing excellent patient care as a dental nurse.

Molly Edwards earned her Level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing (QCF) from City & Guilds in 2018 and joined our team in 2020. As a dental nurse, she is committed to providing excellent patient care and supporting the dental team with her skills and knowledge.

Georgia Wright

Georgia Wright has been working in dentistry since 2016 and joined Total Orthodontics in 2019. With her orthodontic nursing and radiography qualifications, she gained valuable experience across several Total Orthodontics practices and in 2023, she became lead nurse at Total Orthodontics Crewe. Georgia has also completed the Bupa Unstoppable People Leader Course to enhance her leadership skills. Now, as practice manager, Georgia is excited to continue delivering excellent orthodontic care and supporting the team.

Lynn Benson is our friendly lead receptionist who’s been with the team since 2004. With two decades of experience, she loves creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients and keeping things running smoothly at the front desk. We’re located in Hightown, next door to Halfords. There’s free on-street parking outside the practice, as well as pay and display parking at ASDA, a two-minute walk away. Crewe train station is a 25-minute walk from the practice and the bus station is just a four-minute walk.
