Alexandros Rossos

Registered under s15(1)(ba) of the Dentists Act 1984 2013, MSc Orthodontics 2012

Alexandros has a keen interest in temporary anchorage devices (TADs) and aesthetic braces. He joined the practice in 2017 and also has a part-time private practice in Alexandroupolis, Greece. He qualified as a general dentist in 1996 and spent the next 13 years in general practice in Greece. In 2012, he completed a three-year MSc in orthodontics and qualified as a specialist orthodontist. In 2013, Alexandros moved to Belfast and achieved specialist status on the GDC register as an orthodontist.

Alexandros is an accredited provider of Incognito lingual braces, the Invisalign system and Invisalign Teen. He is a member of the British Orthodontic Society, Greek Association for Orthodontic Study and Research and the World Dental Association. He regularly attends courses and conferences to keep his knowledge up to date. He has presented numerous papers at international conferences on the topics of children’s dental health, orthodontics for general and paediatric dentists, adult orthodontics and the role of the orthodontist in obstructive sleep apnoea.

Vinita’s dentistry experience spans 25 years. She has been a specialist orthodontist since 2008. 

Vinita graduated from Birmingham University in 1996. She completed vocational training and worked as a senior house officer at various hospitals. She continued furthering her education and passed several Royal College exams, including MFGDP, MFDS and MOrth. She also gained an MPhil from Birmingham University.

Laura Wood

Laura is a qualified dentist with a particular interest in orthodontics. She qualified as a dentist in 1985 from Birmingham Dental Hospital. She gained experience at Kidderminster Hospital before joining Total Orthodontics.

Laura completed her clinical assistant qualification at Birmingham University and is constantly updating her knowledge with postgraduate education.

Vandana is a dentist with a keen interest in orthodontics. She’s experienced in treating nervous patients.

Vandana qualified as a dentist at Birmingham Dental School in 2000. She completed her vocational training and worked in general practice for five years, gaining experience in a wide range of treatments. Vandana then started working in the Community Dental Service, which focuses on treating children, those with additional needs and anxious patients. She completed her master’s degree in general dental practice in 2009.

Lucy focuses on making our patients’ orthodontic journeys enjoyable and her warm and friendly nature helps our patients feel at ease.

Lucy qualified as a dental nurse at Sandwell College in 2012. She developed a passion for orthodontics and completed further training to become an orthodontic nurse and oral health educator. In 2018, Lucy qualified as an orthodontic therapist at the University of Warwick and has been working closely with our specialist orthodontist ever since.

Chloe Skelding qualified as a dental nurse at Sandwell College in 2016 and went on to further her skills by becoming a dental radiographer in 2018. Chloe later pursued her passion for orthodontics by qualifying as an orthodontic therapist in 2022. Chloe is already proving to be a firm favourite with patients at Total Orthodontics Kidderminster, due to her enthusiasm and positive demeanour.
